Burj Khalifa

If you are looking to dine in the clouds you can move on to level 148 where At the Top Sky Lounge is located and gives an unrivaled view of the sky surrounding the diners with soft music playing in the background another good option is Atmosphere on level 122.

The Dubai Mall houses the entrance to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Aquarium, and Underwater Zoo which are just the tip of the iceberg of what the mall houses. Dubai Mall is a family-themed establishment with over 1,200 shops, 150 restaurants, an ice rink, choreographed outdoor fountain, indoor themed park, Underwater Zoo, gaming zone, cinema complex and the giant Dubai Aquarium. The Dubai Fountain

Dubai Fountain is located at the foot of the Burj Khalifa the tallest building in the world which is famous for its dancing waters. It is the outdoor fountain described as one of the attributes of the Dubai Mall since it’s directly outside the mall and can be viewed comfortably from any window pane inside the mall.

The fountain shoots 83,000 litres of water in the air at any point in time which are illuminated with 6,000 plus lights and 25 coloured projectors. The Dubai Fountain is famous for its choreographed performances which are timed throughout the day to keep people entertained during the day and night. The songs Dubai fountain choreographs to a collection of native Emirati singers and world known singer’s the likes of Whitney Houston, Lionel Richie and Micheal Jackson.  The Afternoon show takes place between 1 pm to 1:30 pm Sat – Thurs while Fridays take place at 1:30 pm – 2 pm due to the Jumat prayers while the evening display is continuous from sundown to 11 pm daily.

An addition to the normal tour is the camel riding, holding the Falcons, watching a typical belle dancer when you arrived and settled at the venue for the evening entertainment. Alserkal Art district is part of the former Al Quoz industrial district where most of the Emirate’s manufacturing was being done. It has become the top attraction in Dubai for its contemporary art galleries such as the Third Line, Ayyam gallery, Green Art gallery, amongst others to bring together artworks from both Well-known artist and new Middle Eastern artists to spice up the display. Around the district, you can see fashion houses, jewelry boutiques owned by local designers for the best Emirates design you can imagine. This is common amongst the young crowd with the pop-up restaurants, café lines that a visible from miles away showing the vibrancy of its customers.
